Using Method
Cold Therapy Method
Freeze in in the freezer for 1-2 hours, it will keep the mask cold and flexible.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Please do not cold it in solid level.

Heat Method

Or slowly immerse gel pack into boiled water for 5-10 minutes without heating source.
