SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our warehouse is ready to ship products to you fast! As one of Brisbane's only dedicated Gym Equipment suppliers, our products are sent directly from our Darra Warehouse. That means faster shipping and less hassle!

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Darra, Brisbane.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery will be made to the front door or garage only. Orders (except pre-order items) will be dispatched within 2 weeks. If you require any additional services, such as upstairs delivery, assembly/installation, or unpacking, please contact our team before placing your order. Please note, extra charges may apply for these services.

We offer both depot collection and door-to-door delivery. For depot collection, free storage periods and any charges for late collection are subject to each depot’s policy.

While we try our best to ensure that shipments are delivered as fast as possible and use the best carriers available, some deliveries may have unexpected delays. In this case, please check your email confirmation for the tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for an update. If you are unable to find your tracking number, you can contact us.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

DAMAGES

If the product is damaged you can let us know at shipping@olijoy.com.au.

Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned. If you have not kept the box/packaging for your order, we will need to reduce the refund amount by the packaging cost. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

PICKUP - CLICK & COLLECT

In-store pickup is available for online orders.

Choose the pickup option at checkout:

Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 hour during business hours:

Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
Sat - Sun, 9am - 3pm

NOTIFICATION:

For all pickup orders, we recommend that customers collect their items from our Darra store as soon as they receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification. If there are special circumstances preventing pickup within the same week, please contact us so we can make a note on your order.

All pickup customers must complete collection from our Darra store within one month of placing the order. Our warehouse can hold items free of charge for up to two months. If items are collected after two months without prior notice, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase, customers are liable for the return shipping cost (unless making a damages, fault or warranty claim). Email shipping@olijoy.com.au to file a return claim. More info here.
