SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our warehouse is ready to ship products to you fast! As one of Brisbane's only dedicated Gym Equipment suppliers, our products are sent directly from our Darra Warehouse. That means faster shipping and less hassle!

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Darra, Brisbane.

>>>Local Delivery

Delivery will be made to the front door or garage only. Orders (except pre-order items) will be dispatched within 2 weeks. If you require any additional services, such as upstairs delivery, assembly/installation, or unpacking, please contact our team before placing your order. Please note, extra charges may apply for these services.

***If you need assistance with installing the floor mats after purchase, please contact us for the installation cost. ***

>>>Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is door-to-door delivery. Goods will be delivered to the nearest practical access point at the delivery address, such as the front door, garage, driveway, or carport. Upstairs carrying is not included. If ATL is selected, the carrier may leave the goods without a signature where safe to do so. ATL is subject to carrier approval, and once delivered in accordance with that authority, responsibility passes to the customer. 

For pallet deliveries, safe and level access is required. Delivery does not include carrying items upstairs, inside the property, or across uneven, sloped, gravel, soft, or unsafe surfaces. 

>>>Depot Collection

This shipping option requires the customer to collect the goods from the nearest nominated carrier depot. No door-to-door delivery is included with this service. This option is generally more suitable for large or heavy items where a lower-cost freight option is preferred. 

Free storage periods and any late collection fees are subject to the depot’s own policy. If a customer later requests home delivery after the goods have already been dispatched under depot collection, additional freight charges may apply.

*Please make sure you review this option carefully at checkout, as we will arrange shipment according to the delivery method selected on the order. If you need delivery to your home or business address, please select a door-to-door delivery service instead.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 10% GST.

DAMAGES

If the product is damaged you can let us know at shipping@olijoy.com.au.

Please ensure that you keep the box/packaging for your product in case the item needs to be returned. If you have not kept the box/packaging for your order, we will need to reduce the refund amount by the packaging cost. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

PICKUP - CLICK & COLLECT

In-store pickup is available for online orders.

Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 hour during business hours:

Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm
Sat - Sun, 9am - 3pm

NOTIFICATION:

Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving confirmation that it is ready. We offer free storage for up to 60 days. If you need to make a temporary change to your pickup arrangement, please contact us in advance so we can note this on your order.

*Due to limited warehouse space, please note that orders not collected within 30 days may no longer be eligible for a return or refund for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including where goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described

RETURNS

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase; customers are liable for the return shipping cost (unless making a damages, fault or warranty claim). Email shipping@olijoysports.com to file a return claim. More info here.
