1. General Warranty Terms & Limitations

• Warranty Commencement: Starts from the date of purchase from OLI JOY Fitness Australia, as marked on the invoice.
• Service Contact: All product warranty claims go directly to OLI JOY Fitness, with no extra effort required to connect with the manufacturer.
• Geographical Restrictions: Warranty claims in remote areas or outside metropolitan areas may incur a charge.
• Out-of-Warranty Costs: Parts and labour outside the warranty coverage will be charged at a nominal rate, including freight.
• Exclusions (What is Not Covered):
• Ordinary wear and tear.
• User negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person.
• Alterations or modifications by a non-authorised service technician.
• USE OF PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF THESE GUIDELINES WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

2. Product Environment Classification & Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to do their due diligence when purchasing any equipment to ensure it is suited to the environment it will be placed in. Purchasers are also responsible for any ongoing maintenance and checks required for equipment to ensure they are in safe condition.

The product usage classifications are as follows:

• Home Use:
• Designed for a home use environment.
• Important Rule: If items do not have "light commercial" and/or "commercial" in the product description, the item will be deemed a Home Use item.
• You can still purchase the product for use in a light commercial or commercial environment, but it may not be covered under warranty and/or liability insurance.
• Light Commercial:
• Products are for Hotels, Resorts, Corporate Gyms, and Personal Training studios. These items can be used for home use environments as well.
• Commercial:
• Items can be used for all gym environments.
• This includes Hotels, Resorts, Corporate Gyms, Personal Training studios, and full commercial gyms.

4. Returns Policy 

We want you to be totally satisfied with our products and services. There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return and make it as easy as possible.

5. Faulty Products

• Reporting Window: The faulty product must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Resolution Methods: If your product is received and found to be damaged, OLI JOY Fitness will either:
1. Have the item collected and replaced with a new one.
2. Have the damaged parts shipped out for replacement by the customer.
3. Arrange for a qualified repair agent to have it fixed.
• Important Note: Depending on the area you are located in, arranging a repair agent may not be possible as repair agents are situated in limited metropolitan areas only.
