Product Overview

Comprehensive Training System

The 5383 combines multiple core strength modules — a guided Smith Machine, open squat rack, and dual adjustable pulleys — to create a complete functional training station. Users can perform more than 50 compound and isolation exercises, including squats, presses, rows, curls, and pulldowns, all from one compact system.

Engineered for Strength and Stability

Built from heavy-gauge steel with reinforced welds and a matte black powder-coated finish, the 5383 ensures stability, balance, and long-term durability. Each component is precision-tested to deliver smooth movement, secure performance, and lasting reliability for home use.

Smooth Linear Bearing System

The counterbalanced Smith bar runs on a linear bearing track for friction-free movement, allowing consistent lifting motion and safe solo training. Adjustable safety catches support users of all experience levels and training goals.

Dual Pulley Cable Mechanism

The cable crossover system features high-tensile aircraft-grade cables and sealed bearings for seamless resistance across the full range of motion. Adjustable height settings allow functional training for strength, mobility, and rehabilitation.

Olympic Rubber Bumper Plates (Black)

This bundle includes 100 kg of premium Olympic rubber bumper plates, engineered for controlled impact and floor protection. The plates feature solid steel inserts for precise loading and a smooth, professional finish suitable for any home gym environment.

Olympic 2.2 m Barbell

A 20 kg, 700 lb-rated Olympic barbell with medium knurling and rotating sleeves ensures comfort and precision through all major lifts. Built for strength, balance, and control, it pairs perfectly with the Smith rack and free weight training.
