Built from heavy-duty steel for the home, the ApexStation L4 turns a garage, shed or spare room into a full training space — without the clutter of separate machines. Strength work on the cable stack, combat conditioning on the boxing bag, core and isolation work on the bench. One footprint, a complete workout.
STATION 01
Cable Strength Station
A smooth, selectorised 72 kg solid-steel weight stack (12 plates, single-pin change) on high-tensile cables and an 18-pulley system, behind a half-side iron safety shroud. High and low pulleys cover lat pulldowns, seated rows, biceps curls, triceps push-downs and straight-arm pulls.
STATION 02
Butterfly Press Arm
A built-in butterfly press arm adds dynamic chest and shoulder work to the cable system. The arms pivot through a full range of motion for chest flys and presses, then move aside when you switch to other exercises — targeting the pecs and delts without a separate machine.
STATION 03
Leg Station
A stack-driven leg station with a padded foot-press roller handles leg curls and kicks (quads and hamstrings) — powered by the built-in 72 kg stack, so there are no extra plates to buy for lower-body work.
STATION 04
Combat Boxing Station
An integrated suspension boxing bag (included) on its own support frame, with an elastic floor anchor for controlled rebound. Drill combinations, sharpen kicks and build cardio and endurance — combat training that most cable home gyms simply don’t offer.
STATION 05
Bench, Core & Squat
An adjustable bench with a sit-up function and padded backrest for core and dumbbell work, plus a dedicated squat bar with plate racks for standard or Olympic plates (plates not included). Foot-press and arm cushions are replaceable.

This is a rigid, non-folding frame engineered for stability. Choose a permanent spot on a solid, level floor before ordering.
Delivery & assembly
Ships via heavy freight with a hydraulic tail-lift to your driveway or curb, flat-packed across 5 cartons. Home assembly is required — we recommend two people for the build.

Questions
Can more than one person use it at once?
Yes. The cable station, boxing bag and bench are separate areas, so up to three people can train at the same time.
Is the boxing bag included?
Yes — the suspension boxing bag and its support frame ship as part of the package.
Do I need to buy weight plates?
The cable stack (72 kg) and leg station run on the built-in weights — no plates needed. The separate squat bar uses standard or Olympic plates, which are not included.
Does it fold away?
No. It’s a fixed, rigid frame built for stability. Plan a permanent spot with a 1700 × 1000 mm footprint and 2050 mm height.
What warranty does it come with?
The ApexStation L4 is covered by a 1-year warranty.
