The Plyometric box have 4 different sized, each box has a different jump height, allow the user to progress their training over time and vary training tailored for specific needs. Help to improve the body power, speed, fitness and strength. 

Feature:

• The height range from 15cm (Green), 30cm (Blue), 45cm (Red) and 60cm (Black).
• Each box can be stacked on top of each to create even more customization and variability to training demand.
• Each jump box has a strong velcro strap that can secures the boxes together to ensure the user is safe and do not separate during the training. (boxes can be easily to attached one another).
• Wide base for additional stability- larger surface area to reduce movement upon landing.
