14-Spring Resistance System
The complete system includes 14 springs across two independent resistance systems:
- 6 German WAGNER Reformer springs for carriage-based exercises
- 8 Half Trapeze Tower springs for Tower-based training
This separate spring configuration allows resistance to be selected according to the exercise, movement pattern and training requirement.
German WAGNER 6-Spring Reformer System
The Reformer is equipped with six German WAGNER springs, divided across three colour-coded resistance levels.
With two Yellow, two Blue and two Red springs, users and instructors can combine different springs to progressively adjust carriage resistance.
