OLI JOY 10-in-1 Home Gym — Smith Machine · Functional Trainer · Power Rack
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The problem with most home gyms
You either buy five separate machines that swallow your whole garage, or you settle for a flimsy "all-in-one" that flexes the moment you load it. Neither holds up for serious training at home.
The OLI JOY 10-in-1 solves this
One steel platform. Guided Smith training, full free-weight barbell work, dual independent cable resistance, and landmine work — in a single footprint that fits a standard garage.
This is a planted, full-feature training station built around a wide, stable base. It prioritises stability and clean cable feel over gimmicks. This is real barbell training, not a simulation.
"10-in-1" means ten genuine training roles on one frame — guided, free-weight, cable and landmine — not ten gimmicks bolted together. Every station is built to be used hard.
The 10 training roles
- Guided Smith press — vertical pressing on the guided bar
- Guided Smith squat — safe solo squatting with multiple catch positions
- Free-weight barbell — squats, presses, rows and pulls on J-hooks
- Lat pulldown — from the cable stations
- Seated / standing row — cable pulling
- Cable crossover / chest fly — dual independent stacks
- Cable press & rotation — unilateral pushing and core rotation
- Landmine — rotational, offset and hip-dominant movements
- Multi-grip pull-up / chin-up — wide, neutral and narrow grips
- Dips — bodyweight pushing, lower-chest and triceps
Run a full upper/lower program — bench, squat, lat pulldown, seated row, cable crossover, face pull — without leaving the frame.
What you can actually do
- Smith system — counter-balanced bar on linear sliders, multiple safety-catch positions for safe solo lifting
- Free-weight barbell — J-hooks and safety arms for squats, presses, rows and pulls
- Dual independent cable stacks — true left/right unilateral loading for cable crossovers, lat pulldowns, seated rows, presses and rotations
- Landmine — rotational, offset and hip-dominant movements
- Multi-grip pull-up station — wide, neutral and narrow grips
- Dip bars — bodyweight pushing and lower-chest/triceps work
Built to stay put
The thing most "multi-gyms" get wrong is stability. A poorly-based frame wobbles under a loaded Smith bar and ruins cable feel. This one is built around a wide footprint and a low, weighted base that keeps it planted.
- Wide, stable base footprint for genuine stability under load
- Dual weight stacks sit low in the frame, keeping the centre of gravity down
- Upright tube: 50 × 50 × 1.5 mm steel
- Reinforced base tube: 70 × 50 × 1.5 mm steel
- Industrial matte black powder-coat finish, built for repeated home use
Place the unit on a level floor and use a protective mat underneath, as per the owner's manual.
Smooth, controlled cable work
The dual stacks run independently, so each arm loads on its own — proper unilateral training, not a shared pulley.
The 1:2 pulley ratio gives a long, smooth cable stroke with controlled resistance. Resistance at the handle is roughly half the plate weight selected — ideal for high-rep functional work, accessory volume and rehab-style movements where clean, repeatable form matters more than maximal load.

FAQ
Will it fit in my garage? The frame stands 2193 mm tall and the machine itself occupies roughly 3 m² of floor space. We recommend allowing around 15.5 m² of total working area so you have room to move. Measure your ceiling height first — you'll want clearance above 2193 mm for the pull-up bar and overhead movements.
How heavy is it, and is it stable? The complete set, including both weight stacks, weighs approximately 320 kg. Stability comes from the wide base footprint and the low-mounted weight stacks, which keep the unit planted under a loaded Smith bar and give the cables a consistent, dead feel. Install on a level floor as per the manual.
Is the cable system truly independent? Yes. Two separate stacks, 68 kg (150 lb) per side, so each arm loads on its own for genuine unilateral training.
What does the 1:2 pulley ratio mean? Resistance at the handle is roughly half the plate weight selected, with a longer, smoother cable stroke. It's built for controlled, higher-rep functional work rather than maximal cable loading.
Can I use this in a commercial gym? This machine is designed and rated for home use only. It is not intended for commercial gym environments.
How long does assembly take? Plan for a multi-hour build with two people. Local customers can ask us about assembly options at the Darra showroom.
What's the warranty and how is service handled? 1-year warranty (in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law), with any service managed locally through our Brisbane workshop.
