OLI JOY Fitness Rewards Program Update – Points Program Cancellation FAQ

As part of the Oli Joy Fitness brand update, we are making an important change to our Rewards Program.

Our Smile Points system, also known as the Rewards Program, will be retired. This program was originally introduced as a marketing initiative to reward customers and encourage repeat purchases.

However, as our business has grown, the way we offer value to customers has changed. We now provide more value through direct product discounts, seasonal promotions, bundle deals, and clear customer pricing.

To make things clear and easy to understand, we’ve prepared the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to help explain what is changing, how it affects your Smile Points, and how you can continue to use them during the transition period.

Q1: Why are you stopping the Rewards Program?

A:
As part of the Oli Joy Fitness brand upgrade, we are simplifying our promotional structure.

Our previous points-based Rewards Program is no longer aligned with the way we serve our customers or operate our business.

Moving forward, we will focus on clearer seasonal promotions, bundle offers, and improved customer service to provide better overall value.

Q2: Will I still earn points on new orders?

A:
No. From today, we will no longer issue new reward points on any purchases.

Q3: Can I redeem points for discounts?

A:
Yes. Your Smile Points can still be used to offset the cost of eligible products during the transition period.

However, all points must be used before 12 July 2026, after which the current Rewards Program will be retired and points will no longer be redeemable.

Q4: How long can I use my points?

A:
Existing Smile Points can be used during a 30-day transition period from 10 June to 12 July 2026.

During this time, you can also use your points during our EOFY Sale to get additional value on selected products.

Q5: How do I redeem my Smile Points?

A:
You can redeem your Smile Points directly on our website during checkout.

Step-by-step:

1. Log into your Oli Joy Fitness account
2. Visit the Rewards Program page
3. Open the rewards widget (gift icon)
4. Check your points balance
5. Select the amount of points you want to use
6. Click “Redeem”
7. Copy the discount code
8. Paste it at checkout under “Discount Code”
9. Apply discount to your order

Note: Points can be used during the transition period to reduce the total price of eligible products.

Q6: Are you removing customer benefits?

A:
No. We are not removing customer benefits.

We are changing how value is delivered.

Instead of a complex points system, we will focus on:

• Clear promotional campaigns
• Bundle-based pricing
• Member-focused offers
• Improved customer support and service experience

Our goal is to make value simpler, clearer, and more consistent.

Q7: Can staff make exceptions?

A:
No. Staff members are not authorised to approve individual exceptions.

Any special cases must be reviewed and approved by management to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
